Pharmacy Technician Certification in Kansas

Pharmacy technicians must submit a 20-question test (to be administered by his pharmacist supervisor) with a passing grade of at least 75% along with $25 when they apply with the state pharmacy board.

Pharmacy technicians are not required to hold certification in Kansas. Working toward a pharmacy technician certification as part of the job training process can help technicians gain a deeper understanding of industry standards and practices as well as improve professional opportunities.
