Pharmacy Technician Certification in Arkansas

Pharmacy technician applicants in the state of Arkansas must pass both a state and federal background check, hold a high school diploma or equivalent and “have moral character and temperance in habits.” The application cost is $73.50 and must be submitted along with notarized background check documents, finger print cards and other identification information.

While pharmacy technician certification is not required in Arkansas, those with certification may find better career opportunities as well as the opportunity to earn a higher salary.
